Adventures in Times Sqaure!

One of the most recognizable images of New York, one of the busiest neighborhoods in Manhattan, one of the brightest blocks in the world, Times Square is a destination for all those willing to get their tourist on. Commonly known as “the Deuce” Times Square covers a 13-acre area directly around the stretch of 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues and houses more than sparkly ads and massive stores. Madame Tussauds opened its doors in Times Square in 2000. The museum located on West 42nd Street (between 7th/ 8th Avenues has over 200 celebrities from the worlds of film, TV, history, politics, music, and sports. And if wax figures aren’t your thing then think about hitting up Shake Shack the modern day “roadside” burger stand serving the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, and frozen custard, located on 44th Street and Eighth Avenue. And once you are done getting your nom on get in the TKTS line for tickets that theaters release for discounted sale throughout the day, with more tickets often available within a few hours of show time.
