NYU Portraits; August 28th 2013

Tomorrow, August 28th will see one of the most anticipated events of NYU Welcome Week 2013: NYU Portraits.  This is the fifth year of this spectacular program, which is organized by the Center for Multicultural Education & Programs and the NYU LGBTQ Student Center and co-sponsored by the Center for Spiritual Life. NYU Portraits is an evening of dramatic readings focused on social justice and diversity, produced by the non-profit arts and education organization Voices of a People’s History, and based on the work of the late historian and NYU alumnus Dr. Howard Zinn (1922–2010).
